Rush v. British Columbia (Human Rights Tribunal), 2012 BCSC 1661

We acted for the employer in a matter involving a firefighter claiming discrimination on the basis of mental disability in their termination. The employer successfully argued that there was no basis for a claim of discrimination. The Court upheld the Tribunal’s dismissal of the employee’s complaint.
