Biography
Effective December 31, 2023, Sandra (Sandy) Cunningham, KC has retired from practising law. After 40 years working as a Crown Counsel, Sandy became a sought-after workplace investigator conducting investigations, inquiries and assessments for employers in the private and public sectors, and First Nations.
Sandy remains a valued member of the team but no longer conducts investigations.
