Biography

Charlotte Chamberlain has a broad civil litigation and administrative law practice, and has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in British Columbia. Her experience includes employment and human rights matters. 

In addition to her counsel work, Charlotte has extensive experience conducting legal research and writing for legal publications, as well as governmental and non-governmental organizations. Prior to joining Mitha Law Group, Charlotte served as Junior Research Counsel for the Cullen Commission of Inquiry into Money Laundering in British Columbia. 

Alongside her practice, Charlotte is a graduate International Human Rights Law candidate at the University of Oxford. Her academic work focuses on international environmental and Indigenous rights law, and the implementation of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples in Canada.
