Badesha v. Snowland Sporting Goods Ltd. et al., 2016 BCCA 294

This case involved an oppression claim within a property dispute. The trial judge found that there was oppression and issued a judgment against our client. We successfully argued that the trial judge erred, and that the claim of oppression should be dismissed. The Court of Appeal allowed the appeal and ordered costs for our client of the trial and appeal.
