Bank of Montreal v. Tortora, 2010 BCCA 139

The Bank of Montreal sued an employee for conspiracy and fraud. We successfully had the conspiracy claim struck in the British Columbia Supreme Court and the Court Appeal struck out the conspiracy claim and ruled that the Bank was not entitled to amend its pleadings.
