Carroll v. EMCO Corporation, 2007 BCCA 186

An employee was terminated for dishonesty. The employee sued claiming wrongful dismissal and damages. We successfully argued before the trial court and Court of Appeal that the employee’s dishonesty entitled the employer to terminate the employee for just cause.
