Zerr v. The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver, 2006 BCSC 1819

An employee claimed he was wrongfully dismissed. We successfully argued that the employer had just cause based on the employee mis-stating his vehicle mileage and allowances. The Court found there was just cause for dismissal.
