Greater Vancouver Hotel Employers Association (Hyatt Regency) v. Unite Here, Local 40, 2019 BCLRB B138/2019

During the course of a strike, the union filed complaints against various of the hotels claiming that they were improperly using replacement workers. We successfully argued that the hotels were acting appropriately and the union’s complaint was dismissed.
