Salager v. Dye & Durham Corporation, 2018 BCSC 438

Successfully represented employee seeking damages for breach of settlement agreement and defamation. The Court found the employer breached the settlement agreement, and improperly disparaged and defamed the employee. The employee was awarded damages for breach of the settlement agreement, as well as additional damages for dishonest conduct, aggravated damages and punitive damages.
