Sones v. Squamish (District), 2017 BCSC 169

Successfully defended a judicial review of a human rights tribunal decision where the employee was claiming discrimination based on sexual harassment and disability. The Supreme Court of BC upheld the Tribunal’s decision which dismissed the employee’s complaint and awarded costs to the employer.
