Smith v. Olympic Village Dental, 2020 BCHRT 50

Successfully applied to dismiss a human rights complaint without a hearing. Employee claimed family status discrimination based on a claim that she could not work a day due to a lack of childcare. We successfully argued that the complaint had no reasonable prospect of success. The Human Rights Tribunal dismissed the complaint without a hearing.
