Zellstoff Celgar Limited Partnership v. Public and Private Workers of Canada, Local 1 (Accommodation Grievance), [2020] B.C.C.A.A.A. No. 60

Represented an employer in a grievance arbitration. An employee had been denied a position in the maintenance department. The employee claimed that the employer wrongfully removed him from the position and discriminated against him on the basis of disability. The arbitrator ruled in favour of the employer finding that the employee was unable to perform the position and had offered him a reasonable alternate position.
